Crutcher's Auto Repair

Bought my truck in when the engine light came on and had to leave my truck for several days so I asked for everything to be checked over, I also needed an oil change. When I picked up my truck after paying over $1000 the engine light instantly came back on, the oil change hadn’t been done and since having it back several other issues have occurred that were missed. Has been a very expensive and disappointing experience and noticed that someone else seems to have had the same thing happen to them.

Crutcher’s did a great job replacing my rear brakes and rotors. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and friendly service from start to finish. I appreciate supporting a local business that takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!

Really good service. I like that they show you pictures of the damages after inspecting the vehicle and then ask you to approve what you would like done with quotes. Everything that they stated was wrong was exactly what I expected and around the price point I was assuming it’d be. I appreciate an honest and thorough team, and Crutcher’s seems to be one of them!

I brought my vehicle to Crutcher’s when the engine light came on. The service itself was quick and the process was fairly seamless. The mechanic communicated thoroughly and even provided photos to explain their findings. I was told the engine oil seal, previously serviced at the dealership, had failed again, and I was given an estimate of about $1,200. Since that repair was still under warranty with the dealership, I took the car back there for a second opinion. It turned out the engine oil tank was completely dry and the issue appeared to be related to a sensor instead. Another concern came up when I picked up my vehicle. My sunglasses, which had been in the top glass box, were missing. When I asked about them, I was told the glass box had been closed when I dropped the car off. Unfortunately, that doesn’t line up with my situation because the sunglasses were oversized and actually prevented the glass box from closing fully. The pair that went missing was a limited-edition designer pair. I’m not making accusations, but I would strongly recommend anyone to remove or secure any valuables before leaving their vehicle for service.

I love the care and service I get at Crutchers. It's a safe space to go for car repair as a woman - they have never once talked down to me, gaslighted me, tried to upsell me, tried to confuse me with a bunch of jargon, etc. I always feel respected when I go there. They keep it real, they're honest, they'll take you back and show you what they're seeing with your vehicle, discuss options, etc. They're also really great at working with my schedule - since dropping off and leaving my car isn't always an option, I've never had a problem with booking one appointment for the diagnostics and another for getting the work done. And sometimes if I'm lucky they've got dogs in the office when I come in! 11/10 whole-heartedly recommend
